What does a Kinesiologist do?
Kinesiology is the study of human movement mechanics, and how they affect our daily lives and health. Kinesiologist’s are experts in movement and exercise, with a large base of knowledge in biomechanics, anatomy, physiology and psychological principles of movement. Their practice is based in injury rehabilitation/prevention through movement. They can help you recover from an injury through movement, learn to exercise with an injury, while reducing pain and increasing mobility. Kinesiologist’s can also offer training programs for athletes and the general population to meet their fitness needs, while exercising in a safe manner.

Our Kinesiologists will create a personalized exercise rehabilitation program for your needs. The focus of the rehabilitation is on enhancing and working towards a safe return to daily activities, sports, and other hobbies.
